The Ottoman officials are ordered to ensure his and his mens' safety, never allow anyone interfere with their affairs or take any of their belongings including a horse that was given to him as a gift. They were to provide them with their need in exchange for money. The Venetian ambassador was accompanied by a chavush and a janissary but their names are not given in the text (gaps in the text).
